The software does a great job pulling… The software does a great job pulling in all the info that is supported. It easy using their template uploading csv. I find it easy to navigate. It is very fast.I just wish there were more tutorials up to date on how to fix common problems the community is having and put them on their youtube channel. I wish there was a better faster way to speak with or communiocate with someone to resolve issues. I wish there were more integrations of wallets etc on more chains such as ICP, Cardano, Ergo etc.

Pleasantly Surprised I am new to the site and sent several long emails with multiple questions to the support team around importing my data and the treatment of transfers and fees within my historical transactions. Cord was extremely responsive and patient with me, and helped resolve all of the issues I was having. I was pleasantly surprised with how positive this support experience was.

I been using Coin tracker for several… I been using Coin tracker for several years to produce the necessary IRS forms for filing. The detail the reports provide make me feel comfortable that my filings with the IRS are correct. I can't image trying to figure out how to manually complete the IRS forms without COIN TRACKER. On a side note: I have been unable to access my coinbase account since March 12,2024, someone stole my id. I call support once a week for a update and I'm told that its under investigation. I understand these things can take time, But I'm worry that its not a priority. Can someone help.
