Clear information and Friendly Clear information and a high degree of control made this a great host. I only left as a result of migrating to on-site hosting. Their customer service was friendly and responsive when I wanted to cancel my account. Highly recommend.

The server was always up The server was always up. They also communicated very well when there was a maintenance period. My kids loved playing Minecraft on their computers through SparkedHost. A very good experience for us all.

Perfect I had recently changed to sparked host due to having the worst experience with another host I was using. Sparked had been almost perfect. Servers are great and smooth , support when I needed it was almost instant and very helpful and that client itself is extremely easy to use. Overall a great experience for anyone wanting to give sparked a go. The game I’ve been playing is palworld in Australia for any aussies wanting to find a great host to use

Its Good And Server run fine! Customer service was a little bad at first, the ticket dont generate but the live chat is a lot more helpful! its cheep for everything it offers. The helpers Niranjan and Kevin Helped a lot!

Modpack wouldn't load :-(, Kevin said otherwise. Had a wonderful helpdesk experience tonight with Kevin helping me resolve my modpack issue.
