What hasn’t gone wrong What hasn’t gone wrong? Teletrac as a company are scam artists and thieves. They do nothing to live up to their contract, provide a “service” that is worthless, and will do nothing to rectify the problems that abound in their software and hardware. They will, however, refuse to let you out of the contract they have not for ONE SINGLE DAY lived up to, but instead will bait and switch the contract to add to the time they will steal your money.

Driver showing as offline in Navman Driver showing as offline in Navman, but tablet appeared fine. Cesar F. got back to me before end of day regarding this. He was very courteous and professional. He also helped me with a few other issues and quickly opened tickets for those and had them resolved with a couple hours.
