Keepsake for a Lifetime I gifted Remento to my parents for Christmas this year and my entire family loved it! The stories they have of their lives before us kids entered the picture are not ones we get to hear often so, I wanted to have them written in their own words as a keepsake for a lifetime. We enjoyed scouring old photos together and getting a collection that was easily uploadable to Remento. The site is user-friendly and easy to digest for both me and my parents to use and collaborate! Can't wait to see the finished product and share with my sisters.

Difficulties with the site. I've had difficulty entering the photos and having them go with the appropriate story. Why do we have to find the photos and then write the story? The summation of my "favorite room".was terrible. Now I'm stuck on a story because Romento wants me to tell the story (for the 3rd or 4th time) of my favorite room again. Also, the stories are MY stories. My husband hasn't entered the picture yet. This issue might be with our daughter's fault because she listed Carol and Russell as the recipients.

Amazing way to connect with loved ones It was amazing to see how my family lit up when they were responding to the brilliant and thoughtful questions that Remento curates. I have learned things about some of my closest loved ones that I would never have known without this. We also now have a physical and digital record of these stories in a beautiful and user friendly package.

If only all customer service was like Remento’s! I cannot say enough about the phenomenal customer service at Remento. When we realized that the product wasn’t going to work for my loved one, Laura responded with compassion and care to help me brainstorm ways we might be able to make it more accessible for him. I am so used to receiving generic copy-and-paste replies from customer service representatives that it brought tears to my eyes to have such a thoughtful and genuine interaction with Laura. Remento is an innovative product that offers people another way to capture important stories and memories if writing is too cumbersome for them. The quality of care and support they provide to customers makes them stand out as a company, and I only wish more businesses operated like they do.
