GBGreat customer support, rapid response and quick resolution Timmy assisted me with all of my inquiries in getting my Palworld server set up. Initially, I had several hiccups with my server but he managed to resolve it extremely quickly with ease and no issues. He then gave me step-by-step instructions on how to complete certain actions/tasks on my server to achieve whatever I wanted to achieve. One of the best hosting platforms out there with excellent customer service.

GBVery Helpful! Andrew was very easy to work with and offered great advice. There were several things he pointed out that I just wasn't even aware of that were helpful. The issue ended up being on my end and I was able to resolve it successfully. Thankfully, Andrew was able to steer me in the right direction to get this working. To be honest, the money spent on the server for one month I thought was a little high initially. However, because of the customer support I think it was well worth it. I will go ahead and say this is probably the best customer support I've ever had on any product. Thank you so much!

GBServer works great and great pricing… Server works great and great pricing however kinda weird login and password stuff but it wasn’t bad it was just weird how it worked

GBSupport is Amazing Essentially, I was having issues with modding a server for about 2 days. I was on the verge of a refund, but with the advice from the Bisect discord and confirmation of that by the ticket support, it worked. Previous experiences with the BisectHosting support team have been extremely helpful; they are patient even through my lack of knowledge in the feild.
