Representative Representative, was not being helpful in the beginning. I explained my issue and what they needed to do on their end but he still ended up giving me resolutions (WHICH I ALREADY DID PRIOR TO SENDING THE EMAIL) that doesn't help and insist on having a problem on my part when in my first email to you guys I already explain what I did and that you guys needed to fix the RSS feed HTML code.. In our last email, he finally did what he had to do. This could've have been way easier and less back and forth if the representative read and comprehend my email.
