Every time they work exactly as they say they will. Possibly, the best customer support I've ever seen. Recently I put in a support ticket at 3:00 a.m. and they called me back by 4:00 a.m. on my cell phone. I was told to wait a couple of days so I could take advantage of Black Friday discounts. I paid less than 15% of the retail price for my purchase.
