On Finding Media Serve: My 5 star review For 20 years or more I have used GoDaddy and another hosting company for my several websites. Over a year ago, I also began an internet radio broadcast. While GoDaddy has always been great at customer service, the constantly increasing cost has been a concern. Then I discovered Media Serve. The customer service is great and even handled all the migration of my websites and domains. They were up without an interruption of service. The cost and value adds to the great service and I am already enjoying the great new relationship.

MediaServe is fine if you have a basic… MediaServe is fine if you have a basic understanding of what you are doing. The price is certainly reasonable. There are many on site tools, but I never had the occasion to use them. Far more is available than my simple site requires. The couple of times I used customer service they were prompt and helpful.

Best service - Great company I been in charge of webhosting for our company for almost 20 years. We have now been using MediaServe for close to 15 years, and their service is fantastic. Quick response to all requests would get 10 stars if that was an option! I highly recommend them.
