CHRefund policy is not honored by support I was trying to create a 5TB partition on an MBR disk (which is possible by changing the sector size to 4Kn, look it up), when it prompted to upgrade to the pro version of Partition Master. It said something like "To allocate space beyond 2TB on MBR disks the pro version is required." (the message does not show up in the pro version and I didn't manage to reset to free). I requested a refund pretty much immediately after realizing that it silently changed the partion table to GPT whenever I allocate more than 2TB. Support was not helpful at all. Seemed to not know very much about the topic (e.g. started talking about cluster size when I was talking about sector size). Specifically, they said they can't refund me because of article 6 of their refund policy which states: "Please understand that we cannot provide a refund if our product does not perform tasks it is neither intended to perform nor advertises it performs." I tried to argue that it did advertise the feature but without any luck. In conclusion, their "money-back guarantee" is pretty much a scam. The software itself might be ok - but honestly, just use literally anything else and don't waste your money on this.

GBUnmitigated garbage I bought the pro version (the free version does nothing but tease you into buying pro) and it just plain doesn't work. Errors, errors, and more errors. I uninstalled (at least that worked) and tried to get a refund. Fat chance. Seems they tell you to uninstall for a refund then ask for screen shots. Stay away at all costs.

HKwindows completely crashed after installation and customer services said it's not their problem. Useless and very helpful customer service to deny the faults after installation. Will not ever use again. Not recommend and waste of money

GBMakes partitioning a snap! This is a great product, handles just about everything you need to manage your hard drives, migrates os to ssd and much more, all from a very nicely laid out easy to understand format.

GBWindows8 would not boot after changing partition size. I cloned Windows8 from a spinning HD to an Solid State HD. Windows8 booted fine on the new drive, but the clone process did not allocate all the space, so I ended up with two partitions. I used EASUS Partition Master to extend the partition. After restarting, Windows8 would not boot at all. No Partition Master tools would fix it, so I had to do a reinstall from scratch. Too bad it failed; I really wanted it to work.
