GBImpossible to get a defective product replaced I got a pixel watch from store.google.com on launch day. I reported a fault 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for the RMA to come through to return it. I get a message every 4 weeks asking for more information and then nothing - no responses. I thought buying directly from Google would be a good way to get effective product support, but clearly this is very much not the case. I've always had Google pixel devices, but I'm considering moving to Apple after all this hassle.

GBOrdering through the Google Store… Ordering through the Google Store presented some challenges. In preparation to purchase our Pixel 8 phones, my husband and I were informed that the items were in stock and available for in-store pick up upon online payment. To avoid any potential shipping issues, we planned to personally pick up the phones, even though it meant a four-hour drive plus associated costs. When we inquired about the availability of colors at the Brooklyn, NY store, we encountered difficulty due to the lack of a contact number and unhelpful customer service. Ultimately, we decided to ship the phones instead. Despite some delays in the shipping process, my husband's phone eventually shipped but mine continued to be postponed. This led to my decision to cancel the order and make the purchase through Amazon.

GBWhat should have been a simple order I ordered a replacement Chromecast remote on Mar. 15. It never came. I checked the provided tracking number and it shows “Awaiting Carrier Pickup” on Google’s side and the number doesn’t exist on the UPS side. Google refuses to acknowledge that the remote never shipped and refuses to ship another one. They won’t let me speak to a supervisor. They want me to consent to providing ALL of my Google account history to investigate the issue. I told them no. They won’t refund my money. So, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Really, what the heck Google!?! UPDATE: Apr. 11 Never heard from a supervisor. Google Store still shows "Pending Carrier Pickup" and has failed on all aspects. The quit emailing their canned response when I stated that they should all be fired for being inept at customer service. Credit card refunded money and is waiting on Google Store's response. Even if Google responds, my credit card has assured me that I will win this case.

IEGoogle store experience while buying pixel is rubbish Google consumer support is absolute crap. I had placed an order for pixel 8 pro and traded in my iPhone. I received an email saying PCS got my phone for inspection. After 3 days my phone was delivered. I deleted the payment profile as it was displaying as my main profile. And one week later I receive an email saying my trade in has been cancelled with no reason mentioned. I reach out the customer support and they tell me it's because I deleted the payment profile my order history has been erased. Hence my trade in has been cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous how can an order history be deleted. Now it's a nightmare for me I need to return this phone get my old phone back. The whole shenanigan for something so stupid. There was no email warning this, this cannot even be undone. They have the payment details but it's not enough for them. Absolute rubbish customer service.

GBNot satisfied! Not the best. The phone itself is good feels good and the camera quality is excellent. The display is amazing and big, but there is a big issue! The phone heats up quite a lot, and sometimes takes you out of the apps or sites the storage space is really bad, if you don't buy the extra storage from Google the phone is really small on storage, and keep in mind I'm talking about the 7 pro! Even if you buy the storage you would run out quite fast which is strange.
