Never used the service, can't cancel annual fee Never used the service, uninstalled the app. Rates were too high for where I wanted to call. A year later I'm getting billing notices for an annual fee. Tried to communicate I don't want or use the service on the website, I just get error messages. Can't respond to the email... Lame.

If you want to speak to your significant other in the USA from the U.K. calls drop or they don’t even show up or have a ringtone at all they take your money when connecting and then turn it around and say it’s a you problem it’s causing a lot of unnecessary issues in my relationship as it’s looking like it’s me when it isn’t tried to contact them about 10 times with the same issues and yet they do nothing is anyone else having these problems ? 23 missed calls not showing up and 9 voice mails not showing up either until I look into my email this is not on and needs to be sorted ASAP……
