Sent me laptop with international keyboard Sent me a laptop with an international keyboard. When I offered to buy a new one from them with the correct keyboard if they could ensure 2 day delivery for no extra fee they said no. Clearly a joke of a business.

The worst!! If I could give it a negative star, I would. I bought two refurbished 10-year-old MacBooks and unfortunately had to return them and now they’re charging me more to repair it than it was to buy it. They claimed that I cracked it when indeed it came already cracked, but I overlooked it because I bought it refurbished. I asked them for proof of the pre-damage and they had none now they won’t give me my money back. This company is horrible. I suggest that nobody use them I am single mom that was trying to get my kids something nice for Christmas and now I don’t have the $300 To get them anything in its place because I can’t get my money back. What a sad company you are…you will reap what you sow.

Warranty I bought a Macbook and within less than 6months it stopped working, it didn't turn on nor charged. When I contacted them about this, they mentioned they only offer a 90-day warranty.

Bought an iPhone 7 that had a defective… Bought an iPhone 7 that had a defective battery and sent it back for an exchange. The replacement unit had a defective screen. Don't waste your time on this company.

I. Am. LIVID I ordered a refurbished iPad 7 from this company and was very excited. When I received the package it was suspiciously light. Upon opening the SEALED box I found only a packing slip and a charging cord. I called BOTH of their customer service numbers and neither of them work, both lines act like theyre going to transfer you to someone and then cut in to the hold music and say "We cant take your call." then they end the line. So, I emailed them. The response they gave me was "It sounds like someone stole it. Print out your invoice and reach out to the police." Let me remind you, reader. The box was SEALED SHUT. It was not stolen unless it was by one of their own employees.
