Don't Go Near Them! DO NOT use this company. They advertised a desk hardware handle as 2 3/4" center to center which was critical to fit in the existing drawer holes. The item was actually 2 7/8". They did accept the return BUT would not waive the 18% restocking fee AND charged me for their original shipping cost DESPITE the fact this was all due to their error. Having not read these reviews ahead of time, I assumed they would act as a reputable company would. WRONG.

Way Above and Beyond Duty - GREAT COMPANY Look In The Attic really saved me - I accidentally ordered the wrong color knobs and they checked an order from over 8 years ago - and asked me if I meant Cobalt Blue instead of Light Blue. This saved me a lot of hassle, time, embarrassment with my boss - I have never had a company do this way above and beyond the call of duty. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY! So glad I found you!

Just AWESOME I did my whole house with their glass doorknobs - for less than HALF of what Restoration Hardware or Van Dykes wanted. These were better quality, and a way better price. Thanks!

I ordered some great glass door knobs… I ordered some great glass door knobs about 6 years ago and wanted some more just like it. They were able to find my old order and match what I had purchased. Great customer service. The door knobs are solid and have never given me any issue. I like that they now have an easy video to watch so even a person like me can install them without some high-priced 'contractor' taking me.

Wish I'd never bought these! I spent a fortune on 6 Crystal Fluted Door Knob (Georgian Roped Plate Brushed Nickel) for our home that we are remodeling. I bought them in October but was not able to put them in until December. My construction supervisor (a master carpenter and perfectionist) installed all the handles. He told me as he installed them that the inside works were very cheaply made and not worth what I paid for them. Great! We started having trouble with the one on the master bedroom door right away. It was hard to turn. So he took it off and reinstalled it. It turned a little better, but it clicked every time I turned it. Yesterday morning I turned the knob to get out of our bedroom and it just kept turning! I was afraid I was going to have to crawl out of the bedroom window to get out. I emailed Look In The Attic customer service and they would not stand behind their product! Will said it was past the return date and there was nothing they could do. He said we probably put it on wrong. My construction supervisor has been building houses and remodeling houses for 30 years. He knows how to put on a door knob! I will never buy from them again!
