Bad Design and No Support Bought a Metal bumper for my IPhone 12 - Fit is incorrect where it is slightly bigger than the phone. Contacted support over 3 times and no response. If you are reading this my advice is take your money somewhere else because company which has no ethics does not deserve your money. Sad part is I have used them for over 3 years and when they made a mistake in their design they are not willing to take responsibility. @Eric Boles - Is this how you run a company?

The Edges are great, but the cases are trash. I purchased 2 sets of the edges for me and my girlfriend. However we didn’t have any issues. Our stuck very well and when I did take them off I knew they were just going to fall off. They were a lot harder to get off then on. No residue or damage was left. This is a concern of mine. However I also ordered two cases that fit with the edges and they are trash. Pretty sure they are just using a cheap grinder to make these. They didn’t fit at all.

What an absolute joke of a company What an absolute joke of a company. Not only are their products faulty and a complete waste of money, but their marketing is extremely dishonest. I purchased the “protective edges,” probably better suited to stick play dough on the corners because they fell off within a month. I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement edge, and this time within two months another two edges fell off. At this point I honestly could not be bothered to write and wait again so I purchased a proper case for 1/3 I’d the price, and now have successfully used it for a year. The worst part was, I left a review on their page noting my dissatisfaction, and they simply deleted my comment. How dishonest and pathetic is that? Disgusting company with useless products, stay away.
