GBTHIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I wish I could give negative stars. Ordered a subpar wallet that arrived 4 weeks late well after Christmas after sitting in China for weeks. I tried to cancel the order the week before Christmas to no avail. I asked to return the worthless wallet since I no longer needed it for a Christmas gift after Christmas. Was told because I used a 10% discount code, I could not get a refund because I did not pay full price. Vard M then offered half refund in an email to me in January 2023 which I have never seen. Emailed every month since and get told thank you for your patience. Your refund is being processed. IT HAS NEVER BEEN PROCESSED to date. Run away as far as you can from this company.

GBA complete scam A complete scam. I ordered a wallet that never arrived. Every time I contacted the company I was told I’d get a tracking number within 24 hours. Needless to say they have now stopped answering my emails and there is no sign of my wallet after 4 weeks. Do not order from this company.

GBOrder from this company at your own… Order from this company at your own risk. I ordered in November 2022 and eventually requested a refund, after loosing patients with the sporadic communications, in March 2023, which was never responded to. I requested my credit card company to take action. To add insult to injury, SWISST are now challenging my dispute, unbelievable!

GBIf I could give it no stars I would do… If I could give it no stars I would do that! Terrible customer service. I did Not receive the wallet I ordered for my husband, now you messed up his birthday gift. Ridiculous company, be aware and don’t order from them, very irresponsible and not communicative at all. NEED MY MONEY BACK

GBSwisst - Show caution when considering the 5… Show caution when considering the 5 star review from Vard Martiros as I suspect it is someone called Vard Martirosyan who is an employee of Swisst and has replied to one of my emails to the company complaining about my order. For the record, almost 2 months after placing the order, despite the company continuing to advertise delivery within 5 working days of the order being placed, I have still to receive the wallet. I've been advised that a replacement has been shipped, but 5 working days since being advised of this, I still cannot obtain tracking information about the second delivery.
