Bought this 3 years ago Bought this 3 years ago. Then After I built a new computer, installed it and was surprised that my previous registration doesn't work. Contacted them and was told to buy a new license cause it's only for 1 computer. I explained them that the previous computer was not since I reformatted it and ask kindly to disable the previous computer. I just got a "Please buy a new License" after that request. Very unprofessional. Don't bother with this product and buy a better macro recorder/playback. I bought Jitbit.

What a perfectly horrible experience What a perfectly horrible experience. I would not recommend this as they will invalidate your key for motherboard, formatting, or cpu changes. Their customer support line is more of a "Sorry sucks to be you" line and no help whatsoever. Otherwise, the product works alright, its a simple thing and it does its job.

Bad, bad, bad, bad!!!! Stupid support, arrogant and stupid, purchased 2 times with sucess and they didnt even send me the key, on site they tell me to send email to them if this happens, but they only said rude things and can do nothing. Stay away from this company
