Never received the product I placed an order for a phone case on 11/30/21 and it is now 1/2/22 and I have yet to receive any shipping confirmation or updates on my order - it has been over a month. I feel like this is a scam.

Great quality, looks amazing… Received my two covers in the mail today and I’m thrilled! The product is exactly what I ordered and looks amazing! The deliver was a tad later than expected but that is only due to COVID 19 and the usual delays in shipping.

Really disappointed with this Really disappointed with this. They look fab online and I personalised my case just how I wanted it but what arrived was a different font. Unfortunately you cant see the font or picture when you actually pay, and there's nothing in the order confirmation that states the font chosen etc - so they told me it was my mistake and that was it. The recent reply is an indication of how I’ve been spoken to throughout the process. I fully understand how the order tool works, I am not stupid.
