GBNo Customer Support I have been trying to contact this company for a refund on their shelfystand. Their Contact Us link goes to a blank page. I tried emailing "support" at website and got no response. Their website says "no hassle 30-day returns" but that is obviously a LIE because so far it's a big hassle. HOW DO I RETURN THE STAND? PS: I received a response to contact them - but they gave me NO LINK, NO EMAIL, NO PHONE NUMBER. I have no way to contact them that I haven't tried already. What is wrong with this company?

GBFast Payment, Slow or No Delivery I ordered the Snapshot Shelfystand on November 2oth fully expecting it to be in my hands before Christmas. It is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, but I found out today (December 23rd) that I might get it next week. This is very disappointing since you have had my money for over a month. I certainly hope the product is better than the service.
