professional and on point service! After several online search for a logo design company,I was almost giving up until i came across Invictus Studio. I was quite impressed speaking to Jim to customise my package on the logo and stationery. Everything from the timeline, draft and finished product was on point. I love my new branding and logo. I would certainly recommend the service to friends and family. first impression last, so keep it up.

I tried to give them no stars but this… I tried to give them no stars but this won't allow it. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. The design work is unprofessional. The pictures are skewed. You would have no idea what our business is by viewing the website because it is all thrown together in a disorganized manner. I was told they let our url expire and our website was down then they told me it was a different one of their customers. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone and when you do they do not resolve this issue. I asked for our url to be transeferred back to us a month ago and not only has that not occurred I cannot get a response from anyone. Then to top it all off they gave our information to their "partners" to solicit us. Guess what, not thanks.

Would not use I never write bad reviews but I’m sending this as a warning What started as a normal working relationship totally stalled- I’ll give them one extra star due to work done in the past. A new person was assigned to my project and nothing has gotten done- promises, ‘sorry I lost my back-up’, then I send them the information again, and nothing. I even emailed customer service and no response. I’ve been trying to get some simple adjustments done for 3 months. - They also won’t give me my log-in credentials although I’ve asked multiple times. I would not want anyone else to go through this, so I’d steer clear. It’s unfortunate as I get people asking for recommendations for web designers all the time and I can’t pass them along.
