Very bad customer service Very good until the second month when the search function started to fail. It took a long time to search and when it got to 20% of the document the software shut down. It would no longer convert any documents or images and would not even load the document to be converted. I wrote several times and by different means to customer service and it has been 4 months and not a single response. Definitely bad customer service. I will not renew.
