Best Service Management Software WorkflowMania is a wonderful software. I have tried many CRM Softwares and they were an overkill for Repair Management Centres. WFM fits my computer service centre requirements to a T. I could use the various options within 10 minutes without even going through the help file. WFM being cloud base is the icing in the cake. With minor tweaks from the development team in the report generation modules, we will be hearing more and more about WFM in years to come. Many wonderful thanks to the develoment team and company.

Buggy UI Buggy UI. No options to customize any of the emails that are sent to customers (even with the paid version). Features seem not to work at times. Very disappointing. Going back to Repair Shopr.
