HIGHLY Recommended Platform for an Integrated Organization Management and Website I moved my writers organization onto Wild Apricot over five years ago and have NEVER regretted it. It automates tasks that used to take hours and brings together membership and event management onto our website platform. It is easy enough to use that we no longer need a developer to maintain the site. When we run into issues the Wild Apricot staff has been very responsive and provides easy to use instructions to resolve questions. They also have plenty of training to help you unlock the power of the platform. HIGHLY recommend it.

Two huge price jumps, not worth ir I started using wildapricot about three years ago for a nonprofit organization that I am the webmaster for. At first it was a great value for the amount of money I was paying for the product. However in the past two years the price has jumped up exponentially with no real new functions that are of use to me or my organization. The first price jump I understood, but when they announced another rise in price not six months later with nothing new to justify the price I was really annoyed. Needless to say I will be looking for another service to use. I would say that the service is good out way overpriced for a small organization like mine.

Restrictive and difficult to customise Restrictive and difficult to customise. I've used Wild Apricot for a few years but NOT by choice. It's for a client who uses this platform. Coming from the WordPress background (which I have worked in for over 10 years), I find WA so incredibly frustrating to use. It's got very few theme options, hardly any features (i.e. no contact form widget for starters!) It's so clunky. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Wild Apricot has been a lifesaver the Entegra Coach Owners Association. Wild Apricot has been a lifesaver for our club as we’ve grown to almost 2000 members. We left off using a spreadsheet at @150 members. There is a learning curve, but their Customer Service is very responsive, and have been very patient as we have learned their systems. Their event registration and new payment processing capabilities will really empower our club management goals.
