We received support by them, even long after our support agreement was expired and there was no delay when we had the need.

CAThe FTP connects but only reads all and… The FTP connects but only reads all and every file on hmspress.ca as having 0 content, I cannot delete, upload or download any files to update the website. It used to work years ago but now on a secnd and third try it doesnot even accept my credentials or login information. Program is faulty and not useful to me anymore. Why does it not work. GBYou do not have to be a computer nerd… You do not have to be a computer nerd to use Ipswitch. The user interface for moving files couldn't be simpler. FIles can be moved by simply dragging them from a computer folder to a website folder or vice versa. Also, the Iipswitch help menu shows how easy it is to create scripts that upload or download files from a website to a computer and schedule the scripts to run once a day or every 5 minutes.

GBWorst tech support I have ever… Worst tech support I have ever encountered. Takes an act of congress to reinstall and activate software after a crash. They say to call tech support to get it reactivated but then say you can't contact tech support without a support contract.

BRGetting to Support should be easier. Getting to Support should be easier. For someone from overseas just offering the 0800 phone is difficult. By email would be easier. The interested could prepare a text in their language, translate to English and make themselves understood by the Support.
