GBI made a mistake while ordering I made a mistake while ordering. I didn’t realize I ordered the screen protector and the case for different models. But Exoticase team sent 2 cases and 2 screen protectors for 2 different models. Well, they could have asked via email but I guess I appreciate with what they did. I don’t have use of 1 case and the screen protector but thanks to the team for realizing my mistake and sending additional items. Thank you

GBWow......... Wow! This case is sooo beautiful! The glitter moves slowly and the owl design is so cute. It doesn’t work with wireless chargers (well, it’s thick duh) but I wished delivery was quicker. Took 12 days to arrive. No complaints with the case though. Super duper cute!

GBSteer Clear of Exoticase Steer clear of this company. I thought because their website said they were in Ontario, CA, it would be ok. I should have done more research. I didn't receive anything more than an order confirmation email. So, after 6 days of nothing, I decided to email or call to find out when it would ship. I received no reply from the email I sent, and the phone number went to some generic voicemail (like a personal generic voicemail). I wanted to cancel the order, but couldn't reach them to do it, so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you are still thinking about trying them, just do yourself a favor and try calling the phone number on their website. Update: Suddenly, after submitting this review, I received a response. The response would have meant something when I tried to get information directly from Exoticase by emailing and calling them. Responding now, after my review, does not improve my faith in this company. I stand by my review. Their communication as a business was extremely disappointing, and nothing has been shipped after 7 days.

GBMy case arrived bent My case arrived bent. I sent them a picture and they sent me the case again. Tracking didn’t work but I did receive the replacement in 9-10 days I guess? Great bumper frame though. Sucked to have waited long to finally get what I wanted. Overall, very satisfied with the service and the bumper frame. Kudos to you Sarah!

AUBlackmail to get negative feedback removed! They used a courier that NEVER delivered my item (Fast Horse Express - obviously they need to remove EXPRESS from their name!). I asked for a refund, which they processed. However, I then got an email demanding I remove my prior negative feedback. I consider this a form of blackmail and my original feedback still stands that they use a logistics "solution" that is uncontrolled and out of their hands for their orders, and this is after taking weeks to send my order.
