HA HA YOU GOT ME!!!! This Company is basically drop shipping very bad quality items from china, I ordered an identical case on Temu on the same day (which came quicker) I paid a £1 for the Temu case which is IDENTICAL to the case received from Exoticase. when I say identical I mean identical it even came in the same branded wrapper. Who ever did their website is great, their website is very well done but their products are not. The seconded case in my delivery "luxury" is laughable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UPDATE!! I now have tons of harassment emails from this company asking me to take this review down.

Excellent service Excellent service. I have been buying from this shop since I got my 14 pro last year. Quick responses on every question. I wish they made more cases for mini models so my sister could have the same beautiful cases like mine. Definitely will keep getting back to them whenever I need new cases!

Steer Clear of Exoticase Steer clear of this company. I thought because their website said they were in Ontario, CA, it would be ok. I should have done more research. I didn't receive anything more than an order confirmation email. So, after 6 days of nothing, I decided to email or call to find out when it would ship. I received no reply from the email I sent, and the phone number went to some generic voicemail (like a personal generic voicemail). I wanted to cancel the order, but couldn't reach them to do it, so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you are still thinking about trying them, just do yourself a favor and try calling the phone number on their website. Update: Suddenly, after submitting this review, I received a response. The response would have meant something when I tried to get information directly from Exoticase by emailing and calling them. Responding now, after my review, does not improve my faith in this company. I stand by my review. Their communication as a business was extremely disappointing, and nothing has been shipped after 7 days.

I love my new case for my Google Pixel… I love my new case for my Google Pixel 7 Pro. It's not only beautiful but my phone is fully protected. And it was so easy to install. Thank you Exoticase.
