Too bad that the owner doesn't know his own employees are killing his business! This company is a scam. They do NOT offer free texts. You would think if you owned a company you would monitor what's going on! Not this one. Is it any wonder businesses are dying during the pandemic? When I confronted them through an email, I got a rude response stating that "nowhere on our site does it state free unlimited texts." Any company who refuses to have a phone number is suspect & most likely illegal. To make matters worse, when I told them that "due to your bad attitude & rudeness, I'm posting this email to social media!", which I did, what was the response? They offered me free texts as long as I "lost the attitude", lol! What a joke. They can't even GIVE away bad service! There are really free texting sites online for pcs. Take care & beware!
