Worst non responsive hosting ever. Worst hosting ever. I've requested a refund of $39 but they stopped responding and asked me to contact the payment processor instead. Even after doing that they aren't responding to any of my support tickets.

I needed to move the online store… I needed to move the online store because the old server was not able to handle more users. I chose an ultra plan recommended by HostYD and now the store goes much faster.
