GBVery helpful and understanding. As frustrating as it was that I couldn't use MobileSIM's e-Sim on my phone, MobileSIM did try to guide me through the process, but it didn't work as I discovered my phone was still locked. So they gave me a full refund/credit. I cannot say the same for Sakura Mobile, who would not give a refund. I am very grateful to MobileSIM for honoring that.

CAdonât recommend unless youâre into getting scammed successfully received eSIM once, then tried to purchase another after first one ran out, got charged but it said there was an âerrorâ and i didnât receive the esim. this happened again, just two minutes ago. 26$ out of my account and no eSIM!!!!
