GBThis company replied to my prior review… This company replied to my prior review by wrongfully stating that I was a customer. In fact, I was never a customer, they gave me a preliminary access and then I declined. Then, they decided to charge me a year after the fact. Definitely not a trustworthy company and now they are stating lies in their reply to my previous review.

GBWonderful program The program is easy to use. I love that the app on my phone is as easy to use as the full website on my computer. I love that the program easily syncs with other programs including DropBox and PayPal. The support is wonderful. Invoicing is a breeze. Clients like the client portals. It is really affordable. I highly recommend Practice Panther.

GBAwful customer service over a month and no refund The migration from my prior Practice Mgmt tool was useless. I called in to speak to person in an email and when I called in their reception person did not know who I was talking about. I cancelled within first 30 days so as to get a refund. I have made many calls multiple emails and still no refund. I suppose cancelling them seems like the best decision I made with regard to my "relationship" with them. BEWARE

GBTerrible customer service- caused me to lose a BIG client! Terrible customer service. They do not get back to you for weeks!! I had an urgent client issue and needed a quick answer. They never answer the phone at customer support. I am leaving this company!

GBEasy to use and great customer service I have been using PracticePanther for around 3 years now and have loved everything about it since day 1. I did I did my homework prior to starting my subscription and this is the easiest software to use BY FAR. PracticePanther offered the most bang for my buck and their support was been very responsive for me.
