GBThey charged me before sending the item… They charged me before sending the item with no confirmation of charge or shipping. It was delayed so long I asked them to cancel - no response. 3 emails and a phone call (the number on the site takes you to another random business) and I'm still waiting on a refund. Will be contesting the charge on my CC

GBI returned the phone case on Thursday, July 1st I returned the phone case on Thursday, July 1st. I haven’t received an email a refund to my account, or any notification regarding my return! Highly dissatisfied with your service, and would not recommend nor seek your business again! It was easy to give my money to Enphold, yet super difficult to get my refund.

GBDon’t pay extra for faster shipping I requested 3 day shipping to protect my new phone asap. It took closer to 14 days. They may have shipped it using a 3 day service, but they didn’t have product themselves to ship for over a week, so express service was worthless. The product was fine and their customer service and communication was actually pretty good. I would order again except without paying for faster delivery.

GBSuperior product and customer service - 5 star! I am very happy with Enphold - their product and their customer service as well. The iPhone 12 wallet case is excellent protection for this expensive phone, and I am confident it will provide great protection for a long time. The iPhone case is leather with a very good feel, and great padding. In addition, the postal service was slow in delivering it, so when I asked customer service to refund my overnight shipping fee, they gladly and promptly did so. I highly recommend this company!
