MANot only are their products incredible… Not only are their products incredible (been using the cases for approx. 2 years), but their customer service is EXTRAORDINARY! I had an issue with my Z Fold case and sent then an email, less than 8 hours later I get a reply that they will send me a new one. Absolutely amazing products and even better customer service! Thanks!

GBHorrible quality Horrible quality. The adhesive fell off the front cover before I was able to even put it on. The ergonomics of the case if awful. It's difficult to touch the volume and power button. It took a month for delivery and they charged $49! I am beyond aggravated.

AUDisappointed After ordering I received 3 messages asking me to complete my order. Confirmed the order has been actioned. Emails stopped. I received the fold 5 case within a week. Unfortunately the case does not fit the fold 5. Emailed company. Have not heard back. Alao worth noting the gold trim is copper. Still attractive though. 23 Nov 23. Still no joy. Products look attractive but probably wise to give this company a miss unless you are in China so you can knock on their door. Keep you updated. If the company rectifies the situation will let you know 16 Dec 23 I thank the company for their reply and assurance that I will be contacted. I have certainly received emails about products I may be interested in. Up to today no mention of the fold 5 case refund or replacement. 19 Jan 24 Keeping you informed. Despite emails to the company with photos of the problem and the response the company put on this website (Dec 24 almost a month after the purchase) I have not received any email from the company. I gave gone to Samsung for a case for the Z fold 5 not as pretty but it fits and functions as advertised. And of course they are an ethical company. Lesson learn't
