IYogi is a good service company for many people. There have been a few things that I have had trouble getting fixed myself. IYogi helped when I couldn't get it done myself. There has only been 1 occasion where IYogi did cause my computer to not work, but they did get the ball rolling to repair my computer. It was just a simple problem, but it took less than 24 hours to fix it and I'd recommend IYogi highly.

I can say that I have dealt with Microsoft and HP, and they far surpass others. I was not happy with former ones whereas Yogi was able to resolve all my problems with great patience, kindness, knowledge and speed/expediency. I have been very appreciative all these years because this kind of service you cannot pay enough.

Thank YOU... iYogi I have had several 'issues' that were easily fixed by 'calling on' the iYogi support members. They KNIOW what they are doing... and they get the work/fixes completed in short order. I have NEVER had an issue that was not resolved for me!

they've done alright by me not a computer guy, so when something goes wrong I need to have an affordable fix option.... they are always available easy to access and while they don't always get it right the first time they will keep at it until they do... i'm satisfied i'm getting computer protection at an affordable price...
