I bought more expensive version that allows lifetime access. Guys from Kaplan told me they don't have me in database and that I have to provide invoice. I prefer an in-person instruction… I prefer an in-person instruction rather than remote instruction. The instructors were very knowledgeable and helpful, but I prefer a hand-on type of class. Also, the staff at the location of the classroom were helpful, but one of the staff did not know how to troubleshoot the setup of the computer and its screen. It would have been nice to have someone there that was knowledgeable about the course itself.
