GBToo good to be true If you saw a discount that was too good to be true, it was! I ordered a Samsung Frame TV for $668 and they never sent an update about shipping so I asked for a refund and it was honored. That was good of them, but they shouldn’t put things that aren’t in stock on their site in the first place. Not sure why Google marks it as a trusted site.

CAI would give zero stars if I could I would give zero stars if I could. My order was placed, payment taken and no delivery of the purchase. Once I was able to track it, it said it was delivered but it wasn't. I finally was able to get customer service who informed me it was accidentally marked delivered even though it wasn't and then it was determined that it could not be shipped internationally (I'm in Canada). This information was provided 3 and half weeks after I purchased it. It seems to me that it was marked delivered in hopes that I wouldn't notice I didn't receive it however, this was a $1900 purchase. I feel like I was being scammed. No one bothered to reach out to me at all - I had to do the digging to find out what was going on. My first and last purchase with this company

GBI sent a S21 5g to them 2 weeks ago I sent a S21 5g to them 2 weeks ago. They said I had lied about the screen. They said it was heavily damaged and they could only give ne£20. My phone was kept in a case which covered the screen and I luckily have photos of it before I sent it to unboxed. So demanded my phone returned. Dreadful company and will be reporting them
