I wish to rescind my earlier review of… I wish to rescind my earlier review of my experience with Box Unboxed. As stated previously, I was hacked and charged for multiple orders placed by crooks unknown on Sunday, 9/25/22. Owner Angel Pacheco of Box Unboxed, unfortunately, was just filling the order placed to them by the online shopping platform, which appeared to be legitimate. Two days later, 9/27, when AGAIN multiple orders came through for the same items to a different shipping address, Mr. Pacheco called me and cancelled all future orders...saving me thousands of dollars! Yesterday, I heard again from Mr. Pacheco and he kindly provided me with as much information at his disposal for me to pursue re-imbursement from of the first two orders (already shipped out to the thieves) from the online shopping platform originally placing the orders to Box Unboxed. In short, Box Unboxed was NOT AT FAULT, and I deeply regret my earlier review! Thank you, Mr. Pacheco!

No response I recently sent an email advising that I wanted to return some thing because I accidentally ordered it. To this day I haven’t received a response. I’m happy with the product I received from box unboxed, but not the lack of a response.
