Greedy App Company Horrible after sales service. The app is responsive and works well, however its basic and needs lots of hours for customization which mostly has to be done by mobicommerce since they don't provide full app details to you. They will also charge you a subscription fee just to answer questions AND AN ADDITIONAL FEE for any changes / customizations you ask them to do as thats not covered in the subscription (Approx 500 USD to update Payment plug in). They don't provide you with app details, so only they can make these changes. In the long run, you end up paying much more money with them, better to go to another company and buy your own app which you own fully. I am not writing this review because I want a refund, I dont. But if you are looking for an app and you dont want to break the bank. Mobicommerce is the company to avoid. I'm sure you can find all our details via this App Key - d526fe Since writing this review Mobicommerce has also made our app really slow and non responsive and they have reported it to trustpilot as being fake. Proving they have zero after sale service

Good Service - You can trust them! Good Service. They're really helpful and very adjustable. Helped me in a lot of minor stuffs without any extra charges. A company of SCAMMERS. The service for Prestashop was awful, with lots of problems. After I see it applied to my web, everything looked like made by amateurs, So I asked them for a refund ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN POLICIES. THEY REFUSED IT, EVEN WHEN I WAS AT THE FIRST 30 DAYS of the purchase. DON'T EVER BUY A SERVICE FROM THAT COMPANY. THEY EVEN FORCED ME TO SAY THAT I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THEM IF I WANTED A INVOICE (!!!!!!!) They are SCAMMERS, I LOST more than 800€. EIGHT, HUNDRED, EUROS. That I will never see again, for an awful service that I will NEVER use. You have no idea on how disappointed I am with this company. Do not be fooled by them. You'll be scammed like many others before me.
