Really poor customer service Download wasn’t working at first, after that very poor customer service. They responded quickly at first, but weren’t helpful at all. There are alternatives that are way better than this website. I would definitely recommend skipping this one.

False pretence Juan was polite enough when dealing with me. Unfortunately they advertise things as ableton packs. But the reality is they send you an empty project file. I asked for a refund within 24 hours of purchase and was refused as expected. I did enjoy the serum presets which worked as intended but I'll be avoiding them from now on and get my sounds from more reliable transparent sources.

Another once good company gone bad Another once good company gone bad ! Paid for loops, received an expired download link. My money was scooped up in minutes, but customer "Service" won't respond until they feel like it. Terrible experience !!!!! Nothing but thieves !

I understand producerloops use third… I understand producerloops use third party labels as vendors but they need to do a better job at monitoring what is being released. The sample packs used to be a lot better but the quality has been going down and down over the past years :(

High-quality sounds and recordings High-quality sounds and recordings. The pack I bought is labeled with key and bpm info. Caution though, if you're looking at buying a pack of samples like the "JAZZADELIC HIP HOP BEATS", take note that the wav version comes with the same exact midi files as the midi only version, but the midi only version only comes with the few midi files included in the pack. Which is waaaaayy less content than the wavs version. Trust me, just buy the wav version because it comes with all the same midi files to and it's the same price as the midi only version.
