Why is it so hard to buy the right size? I am trying to buy a replacement case . The old one for a previous Iphone was tremendous. However, the new phone is a fairly unusual Iphone, (only 18 months old) and, I have already ordered one Rokform case that doesn't fit my phone. The emails from the support service when I ask which case will fit my phone, are more than unhelpful. They are not exactly rude, but they basically say. "See the website". I've already done that, and the Rokform case I ordered doesn't fit. They take over 24 hours to reply by email, and I'm now on my 4 th email. Terrible service
