Easy to download Easy to download, and installed on 3 devices. I assume its working correctly. A scan found and removed some malware on one device but nothing on the others.

I love the app because it keeps me safe…keeps you I love the app because it keeps me safe while doing my research. The only thing that I hope you add to this app is an Adware blocker. Sometimes on Google you get hit with like 10 to 20 Google ad's and you have to completely shut down your notifications part of the phone. If turn it back on they pop-up 20 or more. No response from Support I contacted support to cancel my auto-renewal as I am no longer using the program. I have received no reply after 3 attempts.

Terrible support First, I think it's (or was in my case) a good program, and I would have liked to continue using it. However, support is terrible: my license had expired, so I renewed it; entering the new key gave me "it's successfully installed", but I got the message "database loading failed", and also a "1095 days remaining"-message; I sent a support ticket (telling me that I should have an answer within 24 hours) ..After 2 days still nothing..I found another mailaddress where the guy told me there was a " temporary database error", and the "1095 remaining days" was due to "a migration of the activation center"; he added that I could send a screenshot if the problem persisted, which I did the same day, without any further response, even after weeks ...appalling by any standard .

it is not compatible to the browser "U… it is not compatible to the browser "U C Browser" it completely uninstalls it and I lost all my data I had saved so because of that I gave it 3 stars.
