Comforting So far, Pigeonly.com seems amazing. Unsure at this point if inmate recieved photos, but that is to be known. Site was easy to navigate and services offered are amazingly comforting in these hard times.

While this company is awesome for… While this company is awesome for keeping you in touch with loved ones who are incarcerated, they like to take out more than the monthly payment owed. I believe last month I had just under $200 extra dollars taken out. Yes, Alex was able to get that straightened out and fixed, it occurs every 6-8 months, so if you plan on using this, keep an eye on your bank statements.

Excellent Service Pigeonly is a wonderful service to use if you have a loved one in prison. They are quick and reliable. I would recommend using them for several reasons. Cheaper phone rates, sending picture and post cards and handling mail as well as ordering commissary. They seem to take pride in what they do. I'll be using there services again real soon. Best rate number mess up I have absolutely no problem using pigeonly for sending photos and letters. But the app will not let me set up a best rate number. I'll put in all the info and submit it and it just pops up with "hold up! True" I'm trying to have more than a 1 minute conversation with my brother.

Unexplained charges Do NOT trust these people with your financial information. My next billing date isn’t until august but they withdrew $35 today. I called and was told there would be an investigation, but based on the other reviews here it doesn’t seem that Pigeonly is currently equipped to manage or store financial data properly.
