GBFirst and foremost the chat link is not…Equipment and Customer service First and foremost the chat link is not the best option to reach a representative. The ordering process was simple although I filled out the online form to get someone to contact me to make sure what I was ordering was the best equipment. No one ever contacted me. I later just ordered the equipment myself although I never received an estimated delivery date when I will receive my equipment. The process was stressful and confusing because I couldn't reach no one and you definitely can't get anyone by phone Your company should have representatives to make sure customers are comfortable and receive what is being ordered.

GBWAHEP My experience with WAHEP has been a good experience. I received my PC sooner than I thought. Currently, I cannot get the system to boot up properly, I don't think it is WAHEP's problem, I think it is something I did not do or something I have done. I think WAHEP should include instructions on the setup of the PC. I was not aware there was a DVD in the drive. The experience was good. I will probably need to take this system in to see what was it I did not or did do.

GBThe website was easy to use and… The website was easy to use and comprehend. I'm patiently waiting for my computer to arrive. I'm anxious to start my call center business. Exciting!!

GBThe only reason for not giving it 5… The only reason for not giving it 5 stars so far is because I have only had it less than 24 hours! It did not come with set up instructions. However, I am very familiar with computers, so I did not need any help. First turning on the screen the power button acted like it did not want to work. After a few times pushing it on, it then proceeded to work just fine. As I was working last night the tower fan was very loud but I nudged it with my foot and it did stop after about 20 minutes. So far I am really pleased with the look and the performance of the computer I have purchased. The guys at WAHEP worked very efficiently to have my computer shipped out in a VERY timely manner! So way to go guys! So far its amazing and I hope that it does continue to work fine!

GBTerrible timing order status Terrible timing, nobody to contact or talk to about the status or the package bundle deals. Why does it take so long they told me 5 days delivery and I still have not received my order from 4/28 when I ordered. You need to restructure your customer service hours and response time!
