PSBest applications for screenshots and screen capture (Review for SnagIt and Camtasia) These 2 applications by this company are among the best in their genre. Snagit contains all that you need to create professional-looking screenshots with many tools for annotation, cropping, and editing that can help a lot. I use it both for quick screenshot cropping to send with instant messages AND professional screenshots to send to my staff on how to do things with the computers. Camtasia is also the best screen capture I've ever used, can create quick and professional-looking training videos, with also many tools for annotating and adding effects on videos, sounds, and mixing. I own both these software, with their respective maintenance agreement to always have latest versions. Their price is not low as some expect, but the ease of use makes them worth every penny.

UAГаманець Mercurio Mercurio wallet is a good choice for buying and selling cryptocurrencies without any extra hassle. The app is intuitive, thanks to the developers and designers. When I started using this app, I was inexperienced in cryptomarket. But the materials on the website and blog helped me a lot. Customer support service also helped me with all the issues I've had. Transactions are fast and fees are low, it's all that matters to me :)

GBTechsmith deleted all our videos. Techsmith deleted all our videos....We are a small educational organization that made some interactive videos with Camtasia. Because they used interactive features, we hosted them on techsmith's website. During the pandemic they sent us a message saying that all videos that hadn't been accessed in a year would be deleted. We thought we were fine because there are teachers who use our videos every semester. Then they deleted the videos anyway. When I contacted customer support, they told us there was nothing they could do. Bottom line: don't trust TechSmith to host your videos.

NLPerfect customer support I am a happy customer for 8 years (Camtasia and Snaggit). Unfortunately my computer broke down. I contacted customer support to re-activate my account on another device -my bad: I did not have the correct details anymore- . The support was fast, clear and very helpfull. Eventually all has been solved - and in such a nice way that I felt it is worth mentioning. Thanks Mark!

CAI've been a Snagit customer for years I've been a Snagit customer for years; it is a great alternative to more expensive products (like Adobe) if you don't have heavy graphics demands. I primarily take screenshots and draw system architecture diagrams for tech docs, so I'm not doing intensive photo editing by any means. Never crashed. I've used Camtasia for the past two years. It does seem a little buggy - I get a wierd black screen randomly when I clip video segments, and the file size it produces seem unnecessarily large. Also, the media directory isn't relative to the project, so if you move a project around you have to relink all your media. But I would still recommend it as a product for video production - again, not a power user by any means. Customer support is just fine - sometimes they can help, and sometimes they cant!
