They couldn’t restore it. I wasted months getting this done. I’ve spent 24 hours working on this (only getting 3 hours of sleep) only for the new version that I just paid for to crash yet again and now I am out of weeks worth in of content. I should have stuck with Premier Pro! Do not use this company unless you want to lose important information, especially if you are a business.
