I trust HRdirect to send me updated… I trust HRdirect to send me updated information when it becomes necessary for display to employees. It is one thing I don't have to think or worry about.

Feedback for improvements In general I like the app. However, I wish I could enter a block of vacation dates in one entry so I didn't have to enter each day individually which takes a lot of time. I have some employees who take sabaticals or several weeks off at once. It is tedious to make the entry (especially if they end up changing the dates after the fact. Also, I frequently have difficulty getting on the app from my iPad, not sure why.

The training app is great and it has… The training app is great and it has made getting our staff to complete safety training much easier. There are some glitches with the site especially when someone is creating an initial login. I have to resend the Self-Service Invite quite a few times for the initial process to work. I also don't like that there is no way to archive employee files for those who do not work with us anymore. Their training records are still included in training log, and this can make checking for completed training more tedious.

The program needs updating The program needs updating. It doesn’t send emails to the owner when a document is signed. There are many other updates it needs. I’m currently looking for a better platform for all my HR needs

I would like to see the Attendance app… I would like to see the Attendance app allowing for multiple same-day entries. We have employees who take some time available split in a single day. For instance, if an employee is out, they may be tardy and also may leave early. In addition, it would be helpful to add individual employee notes (such as if they get an extra day added for their anniversary date falling mid-year. We are a small company in the manufacturing industry so I input all data as the office manager. Using this app for just over 1 week, that is all I have come across at this time.
