Like any site you buy things from on the internet its always a bit iffy at first, but their customer support is very quick with replies and support, their response e-mails on sales are always within 24 hours as they promise. Multiple ways of paying, but like all good sellers they provide PayPal. Definitely a site that's worth buying from.

They are trustworthy and their support was very helpful I was one of the first people to buy the season's pass for Borderlands 2, only to find out that it was locked to certain releases of the game. When I informed them that I couldn't activate the CD key they offered to refund me after someone else bought it. It only took about 4 hours to get it refunded and I then went on to buy the premier key for Borderlands 2 from them when they restocked it and it worked just fine.
