Got me what I needed Called in because I needed a drive for my SAN. I told the person on the phone that I had some drives but the tray for the drives did not fit my SAN. He assured me the drives can still be used I just needed a new tray for them to fit my SAN. He saved me a big hassle of having to return and re-purchase new ones. I really appreciated his help with my situation.
