GBIf you enjoy LIP SERVICE If you enjoy LIP SERVICE, do not need your order for a month, once received not correct and returns are on you this is the folks to order from.. Still dealing with their vendor Ingram and Manufacture Blackbox to get this handled. First and foremost was told they stock the product we ordered, come to find out this transaction went through 3 companies / points of failure and we are still feeling the pain. Incompetence at its worst award goes to________________.

GBI found a great product on PC Nation's … I found a great product on PC Nation's website, however I was fooled by the pictures posted. I was looking for a specific backpack which was depicted in the item listing online but I failed to look farther down in the fine print to see that it was a different model than the one that was pictured. The title of the listing was too vague to include the specific model as well so I thought I was getting the one I originally sought out for. The price was great though so all said and done the purchase was worth it. I would just say that PC Nation should do a better job of accurately describing and providing correct product pictures for their item listings.

GBFirst order went ok First order went ok. They had to call and verify me - that was done quickly and the associate was very nice. Items said they were in stock and I chose expedited shipping. That's where things seemed to get shaky. I had to inquire as to where my order was - never got an actual reply, but finally got tracking # a week later (ordered 1/9, tracking e-mail 1/17, items arrived 1/18). So got the items, but communication could have been much better and 5 business days to ship seems excessive for in stock items.

GBEase of use I have regularly ordered items saved as favorites. Saves a bunch of time and takes any stress / worry out of placing the order. Shipping is fast and the order is correct. Plus my sales rep reached out to see if he could be helpful in any other areas.

GBFine Experience Selection, pricing and shipping were as promised. Fine follow up and communication throughout delivery. Sadly, the unit would not power up, and so I'm getting a replacement directly from the manufacturer, but this was NOT the fault of PC Nation.
