GBTerrible Terrible. Customer service is pretty bad. I’ve had to call multiple times for one issue and after staying on hold for over 40 minutes they disconnect the call. They do this repeatedly - almost as if they have some sort of internal timeliness standard and once it passes a certain point they’d rather drop the call than answer. Very frustrating. The website is also pretty sub par. There are lots of other cheap wireless services that are much better. Verizon price matches. Do your research and save yourself the headache of dealing with a 3rd party cell provider that hides behind the Kroger name.

GBI've been using kroger wireless for the… I've been using kroger wireless for the last 5 years and absolutely love it. Get service almost everywhere I go and you can't beat the price.
