Also, I have used the Android app and it worked so well. I had some issue enabling the extension for my Firefox browser and their customer service diagnosed and resolved my issues in minutes.

A truly awful company A truly awful company. Despite cancelling my 7 day free trial, I keep getting reminders to renew my subscription. I contacted support several times to get this stopped, but to no avail. I even tried to get this resolved via "Chat" but gave up after waiting far too long for any resolution. Unfortunately, the worst VPN service I have ever tried.
