Walking me step by step through the fix. Helping to give me a better understanding of how and why fixing the computer was so important. As a Mac user it can be very difficult to except the fact that your computer has been invaded by Malware. I'm older and new to the world of computers. You are dependable, courteous and very helpful. Ryan helped me with my original question which was very important that I had contacted him about it because it was a scam. Because I had not had my computer "cleaned" Ryan suggested he do that for me and explained the reasons he made changes. He reassured me that I could call whenever I had a question. Great service! Although it's scary to give up your computer to strangers, this was an amazing experience. This group of talented techs made fast work of clearing up all my problems. So much easier than lugging the set into a store & waiting days to weeks for it. I can't recommend them enough.
